The Full Story

Our journey began with a shared vision rooted in personal and professional experiences that shaped who we are today. 

The founders, each with unique backgrounds in education and philanthropy, came together to create an organization that seeks to make a meaningful impact on both educators and students alike.

​As the founder, Jitlada Carli, my experience as a child counselor for a private education and recreation company allowed me to collaborate with leading international schools in Thailand. This role highlighted the challenges of creating diverse and inclusive learning environments while navigating various global educational systems. The insights gained from working with passionate educators worldwide ignited my deep desire to support teachers and foster global connections within education.

My co-founder, Mrs. Chureemat Wisesla, with a background in philanthropy and education, shares the same dedication to the power of high-quality education. She has always believed in the transformative impact of education, a belief reflected in her support for her daughter, who graduated with two law degrees from Queen Mary University in the United Kingdom. This shared belief in education’s potential drives our mission to recruit and support educators, empowering them with the resources and guidance they need to succeed in their careers.

We take great pride in the strong network we've built, enabling us to connect schools with talented foreign teachers and sports coaches. Our teachers come with diverse experience across educational systems where English is the official language, while our coaches bring expertise from various sports academies. At the heart of everything we do is a deep commitment to student development, both academically and in sports.
