Any football academy, or training center in Thailand can register with us and request coaching support.
To access our full recruitment service, we verify that your academy meets certain criteria such as:

• Offering structured football training programs

• Employing or seeking to employ licensed international coaches

• Having a clear season calendar or development plan

• Demonstrating a commitment to player development and coaching quality

We aim to get to know every academy we work with. If we can't meet in person, we’ll arrange a video call to understand your goals, coaching style preferences, and player profile.

Our coaches typically hold internationally recognized certifications such as:

• UEFA C, B, A, and Pro License

• CBF Licenses (Brazilian Football Confederation)

• Relevant youth or goalkeeper coaching certifications

  We first verify that the coach meets your academy’s requirements in terms of certification, coaching level, and relevant experience.

• CV and Profile Review

  Our team of recruitment specialists reviews each coach’s CV, background, and coaching philosophy to ensure they align with the expectations of our partner academies.

• Pre-Interview Stage

  Shortlisted candidates are interviewed via video call by our subject-matter advisers to assess their communication skills, tactical knowledge, and prior coaching performance.

• Reference Checks

  We require at least one reference from the coach’s current or most recent club or academy, preferably from a Head Coach or Technical Director, to validate their work ethic and professionalism.

• Trained Recruiters

  Our recruitment team is trained in best practices for international hiring, including safeguarding and working with youth athletes.
